We have to take the register settings, Instruction set, program flow, pin configurations, absolute maximum ratings, and many other electrical characteristics into consideration before selecting a suitable microcontroller for IoT device development. Not only the controller but many other peripheral electronic components like passive and active components and applications based components are selected.
All this process is cost centric and takes a lot of time in order to select the most appropriate components from to weigh minimum on the client's pocket for mass production.

03. Software Design & Development

We code the IoT devices in C/C++ with various open-source development frameworks. As our most prominent works are in ESP32 based device development, so we use officially provided ESP-IDF on linux platform. We program ESP32 for various needs of sensing, computing, and communication. For sensing, we can program various interfaces like SPI, UART, 1-Wire, I2C, ADC and many more inherently present in ESP32. Since ESP-IDF has been powered by the freeRTOS that is a defacto standard for embedded devices now, it can thoroughly harness the power of dual-core inside ESP32. The thread parallelism quite effectively can provide support for highly responsive real-time applications development for IoT applications although most of them are not computationally intensive. For battery-based IoT devices, low and ultra low power modes of ESP32 co-processor can be utilized that can exponentially be beneficial in designing off-grid mobile applications like pets monitoring. For communication, we use WiFI and BLE which are inherently built in the ESP32 chip. Both these wireless technologies have their own domain usages.
We are well aware of the community support of ESP-IDF that is one of the most powerful features of ESP-IDF.

04. After Sales Service

This is one of the unique features of our company that one we design, code and deliver a product to our industry clients, we provide free services after-sales. This includes any debugging, testing and technical support necessary till the successful launch of the product.
